The chef carefully selects the local fresh produce and high-quality imported ingredients including Okinawan giant clam, Imperial prawns, tuna, sea urchin and salmon roe from Hokkaido to ensure high-quality sushi in every bite. The traditional Japanese interior features a special L-shaped sushi counter made from Hinoki tree.

There is a bus called "Limousine Bus" that goes to the Hotel. The tickets are bought on the ground floor just across from the exit to the taxi and bussen. The price is about ¥1700 for adults and ¥850 for kids.
